Today, it`s my first time to filet fish into three pieces!
Learn from book
My teacher is the book below. I bought it from amazon.
It`s very deatailed. Many people who bought it recommened it.
It seems too deatailed for me to understand completely. So I want to learn with my body.
Try
I fileted Konoshiro into three pieces. I couldn`t take a picture because I was concentrated.
Acturelly, I failed to filet.
Too small…
But, Octpus is good as below.
Also, I cut Konoshiro, octopus and uni for sushi but I couldn`t take a picture because I was concentrated. Anyway, the preparation for making sushi has been completed!
Next time, I`ll make sushi with them.
