Hello, sushi fun in the world! I am Saburo Sukiyabashi, a crazy sushi guy that I practice alone making sushi with only books and Youtube, even mature raw fish! This blog is the reports from Japan about making sushi at home. I am not good at cooking now but I will be able to make great sushi!
In the near future, I want to introduce to you how to make sushi at home in this blog with my experiences.
By the way, another purpose of writing this blog is studying English. I have to take TOEIC every year in my company and I want increase the score(my score is around400 in 2018.). So I’m sorry that I need long time to write English article.
